I specialise in biblical scholarship:

research, writing, reviewing,

editing, and teaching.

I am an independent scholar of the New Testament with a particular interest in the Jewish context of emerging Christianity, and how the multi-faceted Judaism of the Second Temple period developed into the two distinct, but still related, religions of (rabbinic) Judaism and Christianity. I have a First Class B.A. (Hons) Degree in Theology from the London School of Theology, Middlesex University, and a Ph.D. in New Testament Studies from Bangor University, North Wales. I have taught undergraduate modules in biblical Greek at Bangor University, and worked as a postgraduate tutor in biblical interpretation at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. I provide freelance academic services, such as research, writing, reviewing, editing, and private tuition. You are welcome to contact me to discuss your academic needs.
